Rihanna's second ad campaign for Emporio Armani underwear and jeans is out and the images show a softer, more sensual side to the Barbadian pop star.
The spring/summer 2012 ad campaign was shot in Dublin last year by fashion duo Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott. Striking a series of sultry poses, Rihanna reclines on a bed wearing white lace and lounges wearing a pair of form-fitting jeans with a simple t-shirt and monochrome striped shorts with a denim jacket.

Before he was Dr. Alex Karev on the ABC drama series Grey's Anatomy, Justin Chambers was a working male model.
Justin Chambers was born in Springfield, Ohio in 1970 and started his modelling career after he was discovered by a scout on the Paris Metro. Soon after he was working throughout Europe and posing for major label's including Calvin Klein, Diesel and Emporio Armani. The gritty spring/summer 1999 Calvin Klein jeans ad campaign, which was shot by photographer Mario Testino, was one of several ad campaigns that Justin shot for the brand.
Rihanna made fashion headlines earlier this year when she posed for a series of sexy black and white Armani ads... now the pop star has collaborated with the Italian fashion giant on a line of jeans and lingerie.
Rihanna's collaboration with Armani Jeans and Emporio Armani Underwear is set to hit stores this December. The small capsule collection with Armani Jeans will feature two t-shirts, two different jeans (skinny and boyfriend fit), a black leather jacket and a bag. The Emporio Armani Underwear line will feature constructed bras, thongs, briefs, camisoles and will also include lace underwear sets in colbalt blue and pearl grey.
Rafael Nadal is still the face (and chiseled body) of Emporio Armani Underwear and Armani Jeans and the latest promos feature the tennis champion sprinting through a parking lot and stripping down from an Armani tux to his underwear.
Director Johan Renck created the action-packed black and white film as part of the Emporio Armani Underwear and Armani Jeans' fall/winter 2011-2012 ad campaign. The fast-paced flick is less than a minute long, check it out.

A few days ago David Beckham announced that he was launching a lifestyle line that was at least partially inspired by the success of his infamous modelling gig with Emporio Armani.
David posed for Emporio Armani for four seasons (Victoria joined him for 2 of those seasons) and each of the black and white ad campaigns was shot by superstar photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott.

Following in the footsteps of his pop-star turned fashion designer wife Victoria, David Beckham is set to take on the fashion industry with a "bodywear" line and new fragrance. Apparently David has been busy working with a design team for his long-rumoured clothing line... of course the idea for the line came following his four-season stint as the face and body of Emporio Armani underwear.
"I have had the idea of doing a bodywear collection for some time now. The push to do something of my own really came as a result of my collaboration with Armani... They told me that their gross turnover in 2007 was around 16 million euros and after the campaign in 2008 it went up to 31 million euros in 2008. It proved to me that there is a real market for good-looking, well-made men's bodywear."
According to WWD the London-born soccer star has been working with his and Victoria's business manager, Simon Fuller to launch the venture and he is as hands-on with the entire design process as his wife.
"With my team we have spent time working on the fit, the fabric and the style to ensure the product looks and feels the very best and I am hugely proud of the end result. I can't wait to show people the collection - although I'm not sure my mum will be too happy seeing a billboard image of me in underwear again."
Something is telling me that fans won't mind.
While there is no launch date set for the clothing collection, the new scent will hit stores in September. The upcoming fragrance, called Homme by David Beckham, joins existing scents David Beckham Instinct, which launched in 2005, and Intimately Beckham, a his-and-hers duo with wife Victoria Beckham, which hit shelves in 2006.
