David Beckham and Mario Lopez both have their own sexy underwear line, but which celebrity underwear designer is hotter?
In December Mario Lopez launched his Rate M line while David Beckham's highly anticipated line for H&M hits the shelves today. Both David and Mario stripped down to star in the black and white ad campaigns to hype their underwear.
So, which celebrity underwear designer do you think is hotter and which would you rather buy underwear from? Sound off below.
Earlier this month H&M announced that they would be debuting a 30-second commercial for the highly anticipated David Beckham Bodywear line during the second quarter of the Super Bowl. Can't wait until Sunday? That's okay, H&M released the new spot a little early.
Here's H&M's new commercial featuring Becks wearing a pair of his white boxer briefs.
David's nine-piece Bodywear collection will be available in 1,800 H&M stores worldwide on February 2nd.

"We're always looking for new ways to surprise and delight our customers, and we see this as a unique opportunity to reach millions of fans and H&M customers. David Beckham is a true style icon and one of the most decorated soccer players of all time. We’re thrilled with this campaign and excited to captivate viewers’ attention during the Super Bowl, the biggest stage in the world to unveil our ad campaign." - Steve Lubomski, Director of Marketing for H&M North America

David Beckham's bodywear line for H&M is set to hit stores in a few weeks and fashion fans can finally get a glimpse at the 36-year-old footballer in his first ad for the mega-retailer. The new ad shows a stripped down David wearing a pair of fitted boxer briefs.
At Monday's British Fashion Awards in London, Victoria Beckham was presented with the Designer Brand of the Year award. On stage Victoria was overcome with emotion - and rightly so. After years of reinventing herself as a designer, the fashionable evening showed the world that despite the obstacles (and initial mockery)... Victoria Beckham has found success as a fashion designer.
The former Spice Girl may never lose her famous "Posh" moniker, but the industry honour proved that the 37-year-old has come a long way. The pop star-turned-soccer wife and mother-turned-red carpet icon-turned-fashion designer has proved to be a fashion force to be reckoned with.
"I'm very aware of people's preconceptions... But the product spoke for itself." - Victoria Beckham
These days Hollywood’s biggest stars wear Victoria’s frocks when they hit the red carpet and fashion followers are paying serious attention to her ever-expanding brand. The mother of four (Brooklyn, 12, Romeo, 9, Cruz, 6, and 4-month-old daughter Harper with soccer star husband David Beckham) has worked hard to prove that her fashionable success is neither fluke nor whim, with a string of well-received (and oh so cohesive) collections.
Victoria Beckham's fashionable career began in 2004 when she designed a limited-edition line of jeans for Rock & Republic called VB Rocks. The following year she and David formed a branding partnership with British music mogul Simon Fuller and by 2006 the trio had launched the dVb label which included Victoria's own denim, sunglasses and a his-and-her fragrance line. In 2007 Victoria partnered up with the Japanese store, Samantha Thavasa and created a small line of handbags and jewelry that sold out instantly. Then in 2008, after months of rumours, Victoria Beckham showed her first collection of dresses at New York Fashion Week. She started small and focused on cautiously growing her business. Today the Victoria Beckham label offers handbags, eyewear and a more affordable line, Victoria by Victoria Beckham line.
"In the first collection we produced 400 dresses and we had nine retail partners internationally, and now we're producing about 500 pieces with all categories in just over 300 stores worldwide... Though I'm trying to take baby steps, the business is growing very quickly. Our turnover year-over-year has increased over 120 percent. I think to anyone's standards that's very impressive." -Victoria Beckham
Here's a look back at what Victoria Beckham has sent down the New York runway.
Victoria Beckham: spring/summer 2009
Victoria Beckham debuted her 10 dress collection during New York Fashion Week at the famed Waldorf Hotel in the fall of 2008. Each of the dresses that were presented that day featured couture-type fabrics, restrained shades (black, navy oyster and ivory), figure-hugging silhouettes and modest below-the-knee hemlines. Only 400 dresses were made and fashion critics hailed the collection a “surprising success”.
David Beckham has signed a long-term deal with clothing chain H&M to bring his "bodywear line" for men to stores worldwide.
The soccer stud announced the introduction his bodywear collection back in May, though at the time, he didn't mention any deals with fast-fashion chains. The first installment of Beckham's briefs will hit the brand's 1,800 stores worldwide come February 2, 2012.
"Over the past year, I’ve been developing my Bodywear range with my team and I’m extremely positive about what we have designed and produced... The final piece in the jigsaw was a retail partner who has the vision and capability to distribute these products globally. In H&M we have found the perfect partner to collaborate with going forward." - David Beckham
Beckham is simultaneously working on the release of his third fragrance, Homme.
On Thursday afternoon David Beckham posted a black-and-white photograph of his very-pregnant wife on Facebook, writing, "Took this pic of Victoria while she wasn't looking. She looks amazing, so close now to the baby being born!"
Here's hoping that Victoria doesn't mind... after all she recently told WWD that she's not interested in showing off in her belly.
"I'm not really one of those people that likes to go out and pose and flaunt being pregnant," she tells the fashion trade. "Not like there's anything wrong in that... I'm just not that kind of person. So, no, I won't be taking my clothes off. I don't think anyone needs to see that, other than my husband. Absolutely not." - Victoria Beckham
The fashion superstar is reportedly booked into a private hospital in Los Angeles this weekend to give birth to her fourth child -- a girl -- via caesarian.
A few days ago David Beckham announced that he was launching a lifestyle line that was at least partially inspired by the success of his infamous modelling gig with Emporio Armani.
David posed for Emporio Armani for four seasons (Victoria joined him for 2 of those seasons) and each of the black and white ad campaigns was shot by superstar photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott.
Here's a look back at David and Victoria's memorable Emporio Armani underwear ad campaigns.
Following in the footsteps of his pop-star turned fashion designer wife Victoria, David Beckham is set to take on the fashion industry with a "bodywear" line and new fragrance. Apparently David has been busy working with a design team for his long-rumoured clothing line... of course the idea for the line came following his four-season stint as the face and body of Emporio Armani underwear.
"I have had the idea of doing a bodywear collection for some time now. The push to do something of my own really came as a result of my collaboration with Armani... They told me that their gross turnover in 2007 was around 16 million euros and after the campaign in 2008 it went up to 31 million euros in 2008. It proved to me that there is a real market for good-looking, well-made men's bodywear."
According to WWD the London-born soccer star has been working with his and Victoria's business manager, Simon Fuller to launch the venture and he is as hands-on with the entire design process as his wife.
"With my team we have spent time working on the fit, the fabric and the style to ensure the product looks and feels the very best and I am hugely proud of the end result. I can't wait to show people the collection - although I'm not sure my mum will be too happy seeing a billboard image of me in underwear again."
Something is telling me that fans won't mind.
While there is no launch date set for the clothing collection, the new scent will hit stores in September. The upcoming fragrance, called Homme by David Beckham, joins existing scents David Beckham Instinct, which launched in 2005, and Intimately Beckham, a his-and-hers duo with wife Victoria Beckham, which hit shelves in 2006.
